Dharma Hill Trek

Dharma Hill Trek is a recently opened trekking trail in Lower Solukhumbu, Nepal’s eastern region. This trekking trail is located on the southern side of the Everest region. The route begins at 4,300 meters and ends about 450 kilometers from the capital city, providing enough possibilities to view more than 20 peaks along the way, including Everest, Makalu, Kanchenjunga, Nuptse, Amadablam, Mera, and Chamlang Himal.

The Dharma Danda Trek route also includes off-the-beaten paths, rural communities, and unspoiled terrain, making it distinctive and beautiful. Dharma Hill has roughly 130 dwellings and is home to various ethnic groups, including Sherpas, Rai, and Tamang.

The local people along the trail are farmers by trade and make a living cultivating potatoes, apples, maize, wheat, barley, peaches, radish, buckwheat, and millet, among other things. They sell the goods to the local market, exchanging them for rice, tea, salt, oil, butter, spices, soaps, and other items.
