Milke Danda Trek
The Milke Danda Trek is the most beautiful trekking destination and one of the long and high rhododendron forest ridges. Which separates the Arun and Tamor Valleys in Eastern Nepal. Lies at Sankhuwasabha and Terathum District in Makalu. Milke Danda 3,690m is the kingdom of Rhododendron.
From March to May, this trekking region is very colorful blooming with Rhododendron flowers in many different colors. Milke Danda Trekking starts from Tumlingtar after the scenic flight from Kathmandu. We have many options to start and end this trek.
Milke Danda Trek offers an impressive view of the mountains from this area. Especially, the breathtaking mountain view of Mt Makalu at 8,463m, Mt Kanchenjunga at 8,586m, and many other beautiful mountains. Day 6, Trek to Milke Danda (3,690m).
