Itinerary
Day 1, Drive from Kathmandu to Syaphrubesi (1,505m) by Jeep and Trek to Bamboo (1970m)
Your journey begins with a scenic drive by Jeep from Kathmandu to Syaphrubesi, the gateway to Langtang. Enjoy picturesque views of terraced fields, rivers, and mountain ridges along the Trishuli River. Stop for lunch, after the lunch your trek continues to Bamboo. Stay at a teahouse.
Day 2, Trek from Bamboo to Thyangsyap (3,140m)
The trail ascends through dense oak and rhododendron forests alongside the Langtang Khola. You’ll pass small settlements and suspension bridges before reaching Lama Hotel, a peaceful stop nestled in the woods. The trail continue ascend to riverside, Ghodatabela and and reach to the Thyangsyap village. Stay at a teahouse.
Day 3, Trek from Thyangsyap to Kyangjin Gompa (3,830m)
After breakfast, we will continue our walking through easy way to Chyamki and Langtang villag. The Langtang Village is a traditional Tamang settlement rebuilt after the 2015 earthquake, surrounded by beautiful mountain views, stupas and mani wall. Then continue to a short, scenic trek leads you to Kyanjin Gompa, the spiritual heart of the valley. Visit the ancient monastery and Yak Cheese factory. Stay at a teahouse.
Day 4, Hike to Kyanjin Ri (4775m) and return to Mundu (3,540m)
Early morning hike to Kyanjin Ri (4,775m) to enjoy the amazing view of Langtang Lirung and surrounding peaks, Glaciar, Glacial lakes and beautiful valley view. Then trek descend back to Mundu. Stay at a teahouse.
Day 5, Trek from Mundu to Pairo.
Trek down the same scenic trail to Pairo passing through beautiful village and nice jungle walking to reach Pairo. Stay at a teahouse.
Day 6, Trek from Pairo to Syabrubensi then drive back to Kathmandu by Jeep and transfer to hotel.
