Liabilities and Risks

The majority of Nepal visitors follow the strict rules and guidelines of the country’s premier tourism industry organization. We are not responsible for any changes or cancellations of the trip due to unavoidable circumstances, such as changes in a country’s laws and regulations, administrative restrictions, catastrophic events, political instability, flight cancellations, postponements, infections, mishaps, vehicle breakdowns, and so on.

Note: If you cancel your trip or trek for any of the reasons listed above (Risks and Liabilities), or if you return from the journey earlier than the scheduled itinerary, the cost will not be refunded.

Booking at the Last Moment

We even acknowledged reserving a minute ago. Three days before the excursion flying dates, you can arrange a trip to Nepal.

Incomplete Tour

If there is a brief visit, journey, or campaign, regardless of the explanation from the client’s side, we are not liable for any discounts or refunds.

Unexpected Situations

If there are unexpected situations before starting your trip. If unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, conflict, or bad weather conditions cancel your excursion, we will schedule another adventure. This step ensures that your money remains intact even if your planned outing doesn’t materialize.

Changes in Prices

We reserve the right to adjust the price under certain circumstances. Even though we will act reasonably, this applies in situations such as unusual changes in the swapping scale, expansions, or government operations. We are not bound to account to anyone for our actions.

Travel Protection Insurance

We highly recommend you travel with your travel insurance. To participate in our adventures, all of our customers must have a comprehensive head-out protection package. The insurance must cover individual mishaps, crisis departures, trip scratch-offs, loss of apparatuses and common disasters, and burglary of or harm to items and valuables.

Flights delayed or canceled

The adverse weather conditions and overtraffic at Kathmandu airports are the main reasons for delayed or cancelled flights. The weather in hilly and Himalayan regions will be changed so quickly. So, we at Himalaya Darshan Treks highly recommend managing a minimum of 1 or 2 extra days. Especially to visit in this region- Lukla, Jomsom, Dolpo, Suketar, Simikot, and Jumla.

As a result, you have to take/bring some extra cash/money to buy food and accommodation in case of your flight delays.

Himalaya Darshan Treks will not be responsible for any additional fees, like donations, entry fees for local areas, temples, monasteries, helping and supporting someone, etc.

During the tour

Participating in any illegal demonstrations during your visit could result in your forced departure from Nepal. Himalaya Darshan Treks will not be liable for any discounts and responsibilities.

Conclusion

Finally, our terms & conditions apply only if you arrange your excursion with us legally. If you have booked your holiday with us through a third party or your agents, you must adhere to their terms and conditions. You will have to follow their terms and conditions.
